The unconventional sound effects were brought to you by my two sisters, who gave their time to ponder what a bullet striking a terracotta tile sounds like. ;)

In hindsight, I realise it might have been wiser for me to have drawn the doctor in a different position where the knife is a little more clearly defined (and incidentally, looks less like a not-so-polite gesture).
